The rate at the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel is 1,495 DKK or $252.45 USD as of 10/26/2006.

The rate at the The Square Copenhagen is 1,655 DKK or $279.47 USD as of 10/26/2006.

The rates are quoted in the Danish Krone (DKK). While Denmark is a member of the European Union, it does not accept the Euro as its national currency.

Please have your registration number and e-mail address available when you book your hotel room through EMI's website. The group rate cannot be obtained if you book directly with the hotels. You must make your reservation through the EMI website to obtain our group rate.

Please note that in each hotel there is a maximum of 3 people per room. If you require a larger room, please contact EMI at EMI-PHCCruiseTravelServices@eminj.com. There will an additional charge for a larger room.

We are offering pre-arranged ground transportation.  The lowered cost for each transfer is per person and is detailed in each section below.  T  We will be sending you a confirmation letter regarding your transportation when we charge your account.   If you select transportation to and from either the SAS Radisson Scandinavia or The Square Hotel, we will arrange your transportation to and from the appropriate hotel based upon your reservation.  We cannot provide transportation to other hotels in Copenhagen due to our group pricing. Please note that due to Immigration and Customs, you must transport your own luggage out to the curb. Your luggage will then be transferred directly to the ms. Veendam or to the SAS Raddison Scandinavia or to The Square Hotel.

ransportation charges will be billed to your credit card on file prior to the cruise. Please note that the charge on your credit card bill will state Executive Meetings & Incentives, Inc. for the transportation portion of your cruise and will be in USD.
