Deposit Schedule and Cancellation Policy
 
Payment Information
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Payments may also be made by Wire Transfer. We do not accept personal checks.

To pay by Wire Transfer please contact EMI at 1-800-225-5364 x 2179. Wire Transfer payments cannot be made online. If Wire Transfers are not received within 5 days of your registration, your reserved cabin will be released for sale to others and your trip reservation will be cancelled.

$750.00 per person is due upon Registration. The remaining balance is due on May 21, 2007. If you pay by credit card, you authorize American Public Media Group to charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file on May 21, 2007. Please contact us prior to May 21, 2007 if you would like to use a different form of payment for the remaining balance.

If you are paying by Wire Transfer, your remaining balance is due on May 21, 2007. If your wire transfer is not received within 5 days of May 21, 2007 your reserved cabin will be released for sale to others and your trip reservation will be considered cancelled.

Included in Cabin Prices
APHC Cruise Rates include ship-based port charges and taxes of $143.25 per person, passenger-based port charges of $51.40 per person, pre-paid gratuities of $100 per person, and a fuel surcharge of $75 per person, for a total of $369.65 per person of included fees.


Not Included in Cabin Prices

The Cruise rates do not include Airfare, Hotel, Ground Transportation and Alcoholic and Soda purchases onboard. Additional items not included: Shore Excursions, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Medical, Barber, Beauty Shop/Spa services, Casino and any additional gratuities at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

May 10 - May 15, 2007
A full refund will be available 72 hours after you book your cruise online. After the 72 hours have expired, $250.00 per person will be non-refundable. The remaining amount on deposit of $500 per person is refundable. We must receive notification of cancellation in writing.


After May 15, 2007

After May 15th, 2007 the total cruise payment is non-refundable
     
Please note that a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all changes made to your reservation after your initial confirmation.
 
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. Please note this is your only option for reimbursement after May 15, 2007. Please visit TravelGuard for more information.
