We have reserved a block of rooms before and after the cruise at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza at a discounted rate of $149.00 plus tax per night. We’ve negotiated complimentary high-speed internet access in all guest rooms.

Please have your registration number and e-mail address available when you book your hotel room through EMI's website. The group rate cannot be obtained if you book directly with the hotel. You must make your reservation through the EMI website in order to obtain our group rate.

Rooms will not be prepaid. This is a reservation only. Your credit card will not be charged until you check-in at the hotel. Please note that the hotel requires cancellation no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. If it becomes necessary to cancel your stay at the hotel, you must notify EMI via e-mail immediately. All no shows will be charged to the credit card you have on file with EMI.

Check-in time is 4:00pm. If you would like to have a room available for earlier than the 4:00pm check-in time, you must purchase your room the night prior in order to secure an early check-in.

Please note that there is a maximum of 4 people per room.

We are offering pre-arranged ground transportation. The cost for each transfer is per person and is detailed in each section below. Transportation charges will not be billed to your credit card until after February 15th.

We will be sending you a confirmation prior to charging your credit card to confirm your transportation requests.

Please note that the charge on your credit card bill will state Executive Meetings & Incentives, Inc. for the transportation portion of your cruise.

We will only provide transportation to the Renaissance Tampa International Hotel.
