To reserve a cabin, please click on "Available" next to the cabin category in which you are interested and fill out our registration form.

IMPORTANT:
The purchaser responsible for each booking party must print, sign and return the Terms and Conditions document to Executive Meetings and Incentives, Inc. (“EMI”) via either email to aphc2013cruise@eminj.us or fax to 908-864-5801. You can also mail them to: EMI, 685 Route 202/206, Suite 7, Bridgewater , NJ 08807. After we have received the signed Terms and Conditions AND your final payment has been charged to your credit card on April 9, 2013, we will then be able to provide you with your booking number. The booking number allows you to book shore excursions when they become available and to check-in and for your cruise.


If you are interested in a cabin category other than the cabin you have just purchased, simply select the cabin waitlist category on the booking form to be placed on a waitlist. You will be contacted if a cabin becomes available for that category.

APHC Cruise rates are "cruise-only" and are per-person, double-occupancy.
Single Occupancy Rate is 160% of the Double Occupancy Rate.

There is a maximum of 4 passengers in a cabin. Please refer to the deck plans and cabin layouts for which cabin categories can accommodate 3rd and 4th passengers.
Cruise rates include all port charges and taxes, and prepaid gratuities of $12.00 per day per passenger for all Verandah suites. For cabins the gratuities are $11.50 per day per passenger. The Cruise rates do not include airfare, hotels in Barcelona and Venice and ground transportation. Alcoholic beverages, Specialty Coffees/Teas and soda etc. are at an additional cost including an automatic 15% service charge. Additional items not included: Shore excursions, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Medical, Barber, Beauty Shop/Spa services, Dining in the Pinnacle Grill, the Casino. Any additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Balance Due (When paying by credit card, you authorize APMG to charge the remaining balance on this day to the credit card on file. Please contact EMI prior to March 29, 2013 if you would like to use an alternate credit card for the remaining balance.)

Total Cruise rate is non-refundable
Please note that a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all changes made to your reservation after your initial confirmation.

Travel Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. Medicare and many health insurance plans DO NOT cover the cost of medical care at sea, in foreign countries, or for air evacuation. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel medical insurance as well as travel trip insurance prior to travel in order to be reimbursed for services rendered. Please note this is your only option for reimbursement regarding your cancellation after April 9, 2013. Please visit TravelGuard for more information.
