Cruise Stateroom Pricing

To reserve a cabin, please click on "Available" next to the cabin category in which you are interested and fill out our registration form.

IMPORTANT: The purchaser responsible for each booking party must print, sign and return the Terms and Conditions document to Executive Meetings and Incentives, Inc. (“EMI”) via either email to aphc2012cruise@eminj.com or fax to 908-864-5801. You can also mail them to: EMI, 685 Route 202/206, 2nd Floor, Bridgewater , NJ 08807 . After we have received the signed Terms and Conditions AND your final payment has been charged to your credit card on April 10, 2012, we will then be able to provide you with your booking number. The booking number allows you to book shore excursions when they become available and to check-in and for your cruise.

If you are interested in purchasing a cabin category that is presently sold out, simply check the box to be placed on a waitlist.  You will be contact if a cabin becomes available for that category.

Please note that C handicap cabins and D modified cabins are sold out.

APHC Cruise rates are "cruise-only" and are per-person, double-occupancy.

Single Occupancy Rate is 160% of the Double Occupancy Rate.

3rd & 4th Passenger Child under 12

There is a maximum of 4 passengers in a cabin. Please refer to the deck plans and cabin layouts for which cabin categories can accommodate 3rd and 4th passengers.

Cruise rates include all port charges and taxes, and prepaid gratuities of $12.00 per day per passenger. The Cruise rates do not include airfare, hotels in Amsterdam and Barcelona and ground transportation. Alcoholic beverages, Specialty Coffees/Teas and soda etc. are at an additional cost including an automatic 15% service charge. Additional items not included: Shore excursions, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Medical, Barber, Beauty Shop/Spa services, Dining in the Pinnacle Grill, the Casino. Any additional gratuities are at your discretion.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept personal checks

Deposit Schedule:
Upon Registration
$1,200 per person (No deposit required for 12 years old and under, Free per child 2 years old and under )
April 10, 2012
Balance Due (When paying by credit card, you authorize APMG to charge the remaining balance on this day to the credit card on file. Please contact EMI prior to March 30, 2012 if you would like to use an alternate credit card for the remaining balance.)
Refund Policy:
Within 1 week of reservation
100% is refundable
One week after reservation is made
Deposit is non-refundable
Full Fare collected on April 10, 2012
Total Cruise rate is non-refundable
Please note that a $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all changes made to your reservation after your initial confirmation.
