IMPORTANT: The purchaser responsible for each booking party must print, sign and return the

Terms and Conditions document to Executive Meetings and Incentives, Inc. (“EMI”) via either

email to aphc2012cruise@eminj.com or fax to 908-864-5801.

You can also mail them to: EMI, 685 Route 202/206, 2nd Floor, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.


After we have received the signed Terms and Conditions AND your final payment has been

charged to your credit card on April 10, 2012, we will then be able to provide you with your

booking number. The booking number allows you to book shore excursions when they

become available and check-in for your cruise.
